We offer free tracked and insured shipping on watch purchases made on this website.
Orders ship after payment has cleared. We pack and dispatch Monday to Friday before 17:00 UK time. We do not post on Saturdays.
How we send watches and parts
Carrier choice depends on the declared value of the parcel:
- Declared value above £2,500 — sent by DHL
- Everything else — sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery
That applies to UK deliveries and to return shipping of repairs when we arrange the carrier. International destinations may take longer. Delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier’s service.
Where checkout shows a shipping rate for EU or rest of world, that rate applies. Allow up to 28 working days for some overseas routes. Customs or import charges outside the UK are the customer’s responsibility.
Packing and claims
Parcels are packed for transit. If something arrives damaged, tell us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can help with a claim.
